  • Clients are responsible for notifying Southern Grace of any cancellations or schedule changes within the timeframe specified in their service agreement.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or pre-paid fees.

 
4. No Medical Warranties
  • Our services are designed to support health and well-being, but Southern Grace does not provide medical guarantees, outcomes, or warranties of any kind.

  • Payments made for services are for time and care provided, not for specific health outcomes.

 
5. Limitation of Liability
  • Southern Grace Home Health Care Agency LLC is not liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from refund disputes, except where required by applicable law.

  • In jurisdictions where refunds are legally required, we will comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
