Founded by two Registered Nurses and lifelong friends, Gabby Jones and Teioka Hardin, our agency was born from a shared passion for serving others with a true servant’s heart. Our mission is simple: to soon be able to walk alongside you and your loved ones with grace, dignity, and southern hospitality, making every day a little brighter and every moment a little easier. When we open our doors, Southern Grace will be here to serve families throughout Southeastern and Central North Carolina, including Robeson, Bladen, Columbus, Cumberland, Hoke, Scotland, Duplin, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Pender, Richmond, Sampson, and Wake Counties.
